The Lovers Portrait

A funeral portrait found in the Thebaid of Egypt of two men who are now believed to be lovers
Above their shoulders are two painted figures, the figure to the right is of Herme-Anubis,
The Figure above the youth to the left is Antinous-Osiris
This is the only surviving painted Image of Antinous
And it is the only portrait of members of the ancient Religion of Antinous
